Honeycomb Commerce, LLC ("Honeycomb"), a Delaware LLC with a place of business at 10 Gifford Street, Tuckahoe NY 10707, operates an online marketplace where Retailers and Suppliers partner for the purposes of having the Retailer sell Supplier products (the "Service"). Our Service operates through our website, located at https://www.honeycombcommerce.com and our Shopify app (the "App"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, process, use information about you as you use the Service.

Personal Information We Collect

If you sign up to act as a Retailer or Supplier on the Service, we collect the following information (referred to as "Personal Information"):

This information may be collected directly by us or through Shopify, Inc. and sent along to us when you install our Shopify app. We use two third parties, Stripe, Inc. and Plaid Inc., that may ask for and store your bank account and/or credit card details (referred to as "Payment Information"). We connect with those two third parties in order to bill you for payments associated with using the Service.

When you visit our website, we collect the following information (referred to as "Visit Information"):

A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit in order to recognize your device over time. How Your Personal Information Is Used

If you are a Retailer or Supplier using our Service, we use your Personal Information and Payment Information in order to provide the Service. We may also use your Personal Information to send you marketing communications, advertise to you and personalize your site experience with our Service.

If you are the end customer of either the Retailer or Supplier using our Service (i.e. you bought a product through the Retailer), we use the Personal Information we collect from the Retailer about you to process the transaction with the Supplier.

Data Processing And Storage

We only retain personal information to provide our Service as described in our Terms of Service. In retaining this data, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. That said, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Third-Party Access To Information

We share your Personal Information, Device Information and Payment information with third parties to help us better understand the usage of our Service, to process payments for using the Service, to send you marketing communications about the Service and to advertise to you about the Service. These services may access your data solely for the purpose of performing these specific tasks on our behalf. We do not give these services permission to disclose or use any of our data for any other purpose.

If you sign up to act as a Retailer or Supplier using our service, we may use your Personal Information to serve you with marketing or advertising, including through targeted advertisements. This privacy policy only covers Honeycomb's own collecting and handling of data. We only work with partners, affiliates and third-party providers whose privacy policies align with ours, however we cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.
